What you get with Pro — and how to use it

Pro is about getting paid faster, with less admin.

The honest way to think about Pro: Free gets you paid; Pro gets you paid sooner, with less of your evening spent on it. If one invoice a month arrives a week earlier because the customer could tap Pay now — or one overdue got chased automatically while you were on a job — it has covered its cost.

Free always gets you paid (bank details on every invoice). Pro adds: Pay now (card & Apple Pay) with auto-reconciliation, automatic reminders, Insights & reports, unlimited invoices/quotes (Free covers 5 a month), your logo & colours + no Speakpaid branding, and priority support.

How to start Pro

1. Open Settings (person icon, top-left of Home) → Speakpaid Pro.
2. Review the Free-vs-Pro comparison and tap Start free trial.
3. Confirm with the App Store. Your trial starts and Pro features unlock straight away.

Manage or cancel

Billing is handled by the App Store — manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you let Pro lapse you keep read-only access to your data — you’re never locked out.
